EMRIS, spol. s r.o., ID No.: 26177463 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") strives to ensure the satisfaction of its customers and to gain their trust by ensuring that the Company as a whole and the products it supplies enable it to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") and other data protection legislation.
Please be assured of the following:
- Our company processes personal data in accordance with legal regulations and acts with professional care.
- Taking into account the state of the art, the cost of implementation, the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing, as well as the differently likely and differently serious risks to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, the company has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk in question, so that, in particular, personal data cannot be accidentally or unlawfully accessed, destroyed, lost, altered, unlawfully processed or transmitted, or otherwise misused.
- The Company has adopted internal regulations governing the organisational and technical measures and procedures and the related obligations of its employees to ensure the security of the personal data processed.
- The Company has obliged its employees who are involved in the processing of personal data or have access to such personal data to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and security measures of which they have become aware in connection with the processing of personal data.
- Our company, as a processor of personal data, shall assist, through appropriate technical and organisational measures, the controller to comply with the controller's obligation to respond to requests to exercise the data subject's rights set out in Chapter III of the Regulation, ready to provide the controller with reasonable assistance in fulfilling the obligations under Articles 32 to 36 of the Regulation, taking into account the nature of the processing and the information available to it as a processor. Furthermore, the company is prepared to provide the controller with all the information necessary to demonstrate that it complies with the obligations as a processor laid down in the relevant legislation.
- Among the basic security features of the supplied products is the possibility of setting up defenses against unauthorized access and loss, destruction, falsification or leakage of personal data processed by the product.
