The HR manager manages requests for new employees, transfers or training, maintains records of employment documentation and provides signatures and audits. The process starts with the request (e.g. recruitment), continues with budget approval, implementation and closing the agenda.

Receives and evaluates Change Requests, new IT services or incidents, ensures their approval and coordinates their deployment in the production environment. Request entry, technical analysis, approval workflow (business sponsor, security), deployment planning and verification in test and production.
