Benefits
- The license is limited to one production server and one test server.
- The license is non-transferable outside the customer’s group.
- The license may be transferred within the customer’s corporate group. The customer may assign it, whether for consideration or free of charge, or otherwise dispose of it only within that group.
- Any changes, modifications, and administrative interventions in MMS may only be carried out by the customer or an authorized party designated by the customer.
- Warranties do not apply to software functionality if it is disrupted as a result of changes, modifications, or administrative interventions.
- The license is limited to one production server.
- The license is non-transferable outside the customer’s group.
- The license may be transferred within the customer’s corporate group. The customer may assign it, whether for consideration or free of charge, or otherwise dispose of it only within that group.

- The license is limited to one production MMS tenant (application instance) for a period of 12 months.
- The license is non-transferable to another legal entity.
- Any changes, modifications, and administrative interventions in the MMS tenant may only be carried out by the customer or an authorized party designated by the customer.
